The Betty Sue

This solo twirling costume features large sections of light turquoise velvet and light turquoise powernet edged in silver stretch sequins. There is a row of silver liquid sequin at the hips and two rows of 3" silver zigzag fringe. The bottom is light turquoise velvet with a light turqoise powernet skirt. Single-row sequin swirls accent the velvet. This twirling costume really shines and can be made in any color combination.
