Color Guard Top 2

This tunic top has a base of black velvet with angled sections of gold and silver hologram lycra and white super stretch that has sequin swirl accents.  Gold and sliver stretch sequins trim each section.  This top would go great with black velvet pants that can be made at an additional cost.
