WHAT’S NEW
Friday and Saturday Night Parade Enhancements with new Times and Location!
Disney is introducing their “NEW”
Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party Parade!
Twirl Mania is honored to be the first group
to perform between the two parades!
Street Party and SpectroMagic
Report Time: 4:30 5:00 PM Sharp
Location: Splash Mountain Gate
TM Step-Off: Approximately 5:45-6:00 PM
The 10+ Intermediate, Advance, and Elite athletes have the option of either parade to work within their schedule. They can choose parade at the Friday morning practice at 9:30am.
This does not……This does not …..pertain to the Saturday “DAY” Disney Dreams Come True Parade. Everything remains the same.

Equipment drop off for Parades
TM Truck at WWS circle driveway
Friday Night Parade Drop-Off: 12:00noon – 1:00pm
Saturday Day and Saturday Night Drop Off & Friday Pick-Up: 9:00 – 10:00am
Sunday: Pick- Up 9:00 – 10:00 am
We have a very tight time schedule and all equipment must be claimed at this time, otherwise it will be left outside the front door of the Wide World of Sports.
· The NEW Registration will be at the All Star Café rotunda to the right as you walk up the Main entrance way.
· TM is run on a set system, so be sure to purchase a Program Book for $8.00 at the registration table. Be sure to bring your highlighter to mark your athletes schedule in the easy to follow set system.
· When you receive your Disney/TM tickets, please sign the back. Please make sure only one person uses the ticket, otherwise it will void at the gate.
Yes, your tickets say YOUTH on the back. It does not designate the type of ticket but the department in Disney Youth Markets
· Check the electronic billboard for any last minute weather changes for the awards ceremony on Sunday or Parades.
· High School/Collegiate Classic Teams have been moved to 3:00pm on Saturday to accommodate the Parades.
· Mandatory practice on Friday from 9:30-10:30am for all soloists doing the Disney Parades, parade wristbands/credentials will be given during this time.

· Be sure to check out our fabulous vendors whom are set up throughout the Milk House on both levels.
· TM Bus Tickets/Schedule: For those of you whom purchased bus and/or awards bus tickets the schedule is on the back of your tickets and also noted on Page 4 of the Program Book. The company is AllTour America Transportation, not TMS as previously noted. Please have your ticket with you at all times.
· If you have not sent in your Disney waiver or cleared up your unpaid balances, please do so by Overnight Express. We will not accept them at the Championships. TM Deadline was 12/31/2008.

We will capture your greatest moments in competition, on parade, in special performances and at the Twirl Mania Awards Extravaganza. You will be able to view, select and take home all your favorite images of yourself and your team. Look for our Mobile Photo Lab at Twirl Mania 2009 just outside the front doors of the Milk House
Be sure to schedule your individual and team portraits when you arrive at Disney’s Wide World of Sports. Get your G.F.F.P.P. (Glossy Finish Fast Photo Pass) so that you don’t miss a beat!

AWARDS PHOTOS…. Be sure to stop by the Glossy Finish Mobile Photo lab to pick up your Awards Photos at the Milk House on Monday. You don’t want to go home without them!

Awards Extravaganza……
If you are not arriving to Hollywood Studios before 7:00pm, you do not have to use a Park Day on your tickets. Just go to the Twirl Mania Awards Gate with your TM ticket, and Awards credential wrist band. They will not put your ticket through the meter.
Be sure to wear your costumes with a warm-up/track suit covering it up. Only those in costume, not warms-ups will be permitted on stage to accept awards and have photos taken. If we want our sport to be recognized we need to be professional.
All athletes will be seated in the VIP section according to their division. Novice, Beginner, Intermediate, Advance and Elite.
We also have a special VICJSP section, front and center for all the Coaches, Judges, and Staff who have made Twirl Mania possible.
